Weddings are more than events, they are stories told through moments. Here’s a collection that captures the feeling and connection that inspire my work.
After photographing their engagement session in South Florida, I was so touched when Julie and Craig asked me to travel to Connecticut to capture their wedding too. It’s always an honor to be invited into a couple’s story like that.
Their day was full of meaningful touches. They had just moved into their new home, right across Candlewood Lake from their venue, and that’s where Julie got ready. It felt so special to start the day in a space that already holds so much meaning for them. After their church ceremony, we went back to their house for portraits. Taking photos in their own home, with their venue in the distance, just felt so uniquely them.
We laughed a lot, had fun, and throughout the day they kept telling me how happy they were that I was there, which meant so much. The energy during the reception was incredible, and you could really feel how loved and supported they are. It was one of those days that reminded me exactly why I do what I do.
A beautiful celebration wrapped in holiday cheer.
I truly believe a wedding should reflect who you are, not just through the details, but in the way the day feels. Forget trends and timelines for a moment, it’s about creating something personal, honest, and real.
Natalie and Andres did exactly that. They blended their wedding day with the magic of the Christmas season in a way that felt completely true to them. Every location held meaning, from getting ready at their parents' home, to saying “I do” at their family church, and dancing the night away in the neighborhood they grew up in.
Their love for each other was at the heart of it all and it set the tone for the day and gave way to some of the most genuine, candid moments. You could feel just how deeply they were celebrated by everyone there.
Natalie wore a stunning Zuhair Murad gown, timeless and elegant, with just the right amount of modern edge. Every detail of their day felt intentional and real, making this wedding one I’ll never forget.
Beyond Amy and Brian’s undeniable love for one another, one of the standout moments of the day was the stunning Sperry tent, overlooking the golf course at Amy’s parents' home.
Amy, together with the talented team at Renny & Reed, poured countless hours into every design detail, each choice made with intention to create an experience their guests would never forget. From a custom espresso martini cart that quickly became a guest favorite, to the beautifully wrapped dance floor, to the lush florals that transformed both the ceremony and reception spaces, every element felt personal, polished, and breathtaking.
Add in a love that radiated from the couple, an incredible group of guests, a golden sunset stretching across the greens, and the infectious energy of the Vinyl Band, and you have the kind of day that lingers in everyone's memory long after the last dance.
When you’ve already had the big wedding and want to reaffirm your love in a way that feels intentional and meaningful, you do this at Korakia. This one-of-a-kind venue invites you to slow down, focus on what truly matters, and reconnect with the heart of your relationship. It’s authentic, peaceful, and quietly magical.
Tucked on the east side of the Coachella Valley, Korakia is a true hidden gem in Palm Springs, and it’s no surprise it’s in the running for Condé Nast’s Best Hotel award.
Brittany and Jeff chose this special place to renew their vows in a deeply personal celebration. They shared heartfelt promises in a quiet corner of the property, then spent time wandering together for portraits, soaking in the beauty of the space and the moment.
Their style was effortless yet refined. Brittany wore a Reem Acra gown, timeless, elegant, and full of thoughtful detail, while Jeff looked sharp in a tailored suit with a subtle western touch, a nod to his roots growing up on a farm.
This wasn’t just a beautiful celebration, it was one that truly stayed with you. Full of feeling, full of intention, and a reminder of what love is really about.
A lakeside celebration in Katie’s hometown of Bay Harbor, Michigan turned out to be one of my favorite destination weddings to date. When we first connected for their engagement session in South Florida, where they currently live, it was immediately clear that Katie and Jack are such a gracious, kind-hearted couple, full of warmth and effortless elegance. We talked endlessly, and I was truly honored when they asked me to travel with them to Michigan to capture their big day.
When a wedding venue holds personal meaning, it adds such a beautiful layer of emotion to the photographs. No matter how many years pass, that place will always tell a part of their story, making the day feel even more timeless.
One of the many highlights from this stunning celebration was their boat entrance into cocktail hour, with bay views surrounding us in every direction. I especially loved the quiet moments I had with Katie and Jack before the festivities kicked off. Those in-between moments where creativity flows naturally, and the excitement of the day shines through, are truly some of my absolute favorite moments.
A timeless and elegant Fourth of July wedding celebrating The Boles. It was one of those days where the forecast called for nonstop rain, but the sun surprised us and stuck around. Their waterfront venue had the most beautiful views of the Jupiter Lighthouse, and fireworks lit up the sky in the distance later that night.
We did portraits with their sweet dog Piper, and their personal vows had the whole room feeling it. The dance floor stayed packed all night, and the energy never dipped. They ended the night with the most fun sendoff, sending them off to their lifetime of happiness.
Ashley wore a beautiful and timeless gown with a statement (vertical) bow in the back, which added just the right amount of character.
